Vacant position: **Account Specialist** Number of Vacant Position: **1 (one)** Place of Work: **Tirana Office** **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Make entries in Navision/Business Central financial system, including sales, expenses, assets and other relevant events; - Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including regular reconciliations for accounts payables and receivables; - Develops and maintains cost accounting system in accordance with procedures, policies, and relevant GAAP; - Prepare monthly cost reports, evaluates the variances with budget and obtains additional information from business units within required deadlines; - Works constructively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives; - Coordinates with other Business Units to analyze, verify and store documentations submitted by the Business Units; - Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports, analyzing and correcting discrepancies; - Assist in the completion of the monthly close procedures; - Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts for respective entity; - Assist the Chief Accounting Officer during tax audit and external audits; - Participates in yearly inventory of Business Units; - Prepares monthly reporting package within the required deadlines by the Group; - Provides management with estimates and accurate forecast of production costs and profitability of products; - Participates in company budgeting process and preparation of business plans for the unit; - Prepares financial statements, reporting packages as needed; **Requirements:** - Bachelor Degree in Finance, or related field Mater degrre in Finance or related fields will be an advantage; - Certification obtained or in process from local or international accounting bodies is an advantage - At least 4 years proven experience in accounting or similar roles; - Proven experience in accounting – experience with Navision/Business Central is an advantage; - Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and with multiple deadlines; - Self-motivator, capable of working with minimum supervision; - Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while achieving quality results; - Ability to be a team player and adapt at working with people from different backgrounds and nationalities; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; - Very good in English language both written and verbal; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **Application Procedure:** Please submit a Letter of Motivation, your CV in English and supporting documents in PDF format at: hr@albchrome.al by specifying in the subject “ **Account Specialist”** or mail them to the following address: **(i)   Albchrome Shpk, Rr."Dervish Hima", Pallati Ambasador 3, Kati 1, Nr.3, Tiranë** **Attn: Human Resources Department.** The deadline for submission of applications is **July 10** **th** **, 2026 .** Human Resources will contact only shortlisted candidates. *Please note that by submitting your application documents to the above address, you are giving to Albchrome your consent to use personal data included in your application for recruitment purposes, in accordance with requirements of Law No.9887, dated 10.03.2008 “For the Personal Data Protection”* Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/account-specialist-at-albchrome-shpk-4431084496
