Accounting Specialist

**Location: Tirana, Albania** **Employment Type: Full-time** **Schedule: Monday - Friday, 15:00-23:00** **Location: On-site** **Job Overview** We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has strong academic qualifications in finance or accounting, hands-on experience in auditing and banking, and proficiency with financial software and data analysis. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct audits and financial reviews in line with company policies and regulatory standards. - Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports. - Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in month-end and year-end closings. - Monitor and reconcile financial transactions using accounting and banking software. - Analyze financial data to support management decision-making. - Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. - Assist in training or supporting junior accounting staff as needed. **Qualifications and Skills** - Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or similar. - Experience: 1–3 years in auditing, accounting, or banking roles. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with accounting software. - Excellent analytical and financial interpretation skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Fluent in English. **Why Join Us:** - Opportunity to work in a professional finance team in a dynamic environment. - Exposure to auditing, banking, and financial analysis projects. - Professional development and training opportunities.
