Team members collaborate closely with growers to deliver reliable, high-quality agricultural products and technical support. **Role Description:** The Agriculture Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Durres, Albania. This role involves managing the process of nursery, including fertigations, sprayings, grafting etc. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Agriculture and Agricultural Production, with practical knowledge of crop systems, inputs, and greenhouse practices. - Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Solid Analytical Skills to interpret field data, diagnose crop issues, and recommend effective solutions. - Sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with farmers and partners. - Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field preferred. - Experience working directly in a nursery - Ability to travel locally for farm visits and work primarily in field conditions. - Proficiency in English and basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
