We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
**Application Maintenance Specialist**
to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business applications, troubleshooting issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems for our Italian-speaking clients.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in application support, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first and second-level application support to end users.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential problems before they impact users.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through the ticketing system.
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support application releases, deployments, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking users and stakeholders regarding incidents, updates, and resolutions.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Experience in Application Maintenance, Application Support, Help Desk, or IT Support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ticketing and incident management tools.
- Understanding of application support processes and IT service management principles.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting international customers.
