With nearly three decades of experience, the company provides a reliable foundation for long-term investments and professional growth. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tirana. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, and producing detailed drawings and technical documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineers and other specialists, reviewing construction plans, and ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. The role involves site visits, monitoring project progress, and collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to align design intent with budget and schedule. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, participate in permits and approvals processes, and support continuous improvement in design quality and innovation. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed technical documentation. - Experience with Project Management in design and construction environments, including coordination of stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables. - Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM/CAD platforms, and digital collaboration workflows. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, 3D modeling and visualization software). - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; eligibility for professional licensure or registration is an advantage. - Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in Albania or similar regulatory environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients and authorities. - Experience in sustainable design practices and awareness of environmental impact mitigation is a plus.
