Area Manager

**Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain relationships with existing Franchise showrooms. - Monitor showroom performance and support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. - Supervise, coordinate, and support showroom staff to ensure high operational standards. - Conduct regular visits to Franchise locations to monitor operations and provide guidance. - Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. - Prepare and submit regular reports on showroom performance, operational activities, and improvement opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and Franchise partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Identify areas for improvement and implement actions to enhance showroom performance and customer experience. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, franchise management, or a related field. - Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. - Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets and KPIs. - Good command of Microsoft Office applications. - Good knowledge of English is considered an advantage. - Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
