Summary Lead creative direction for campaigns and ensure visual consistency. Set the tone for branding, design, and overall aesthetics. Responsibilities - Develop and present creative concepts to clients and internal teams. - Guide designers to maintain high-quality artistic output. - Oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ensure brand standards align with project objectives. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong leadership and communication. - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar - Experience managing teams and creative workflows. - Good knowledge of design trends and brand identities. **Experience** - 3–5 years in an Art Director role or similar. - Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. **Our Offer:** **We provide higher-than-competitive salaries, bonuses, and clear paths for growth.
