Mare Group is an engineering company that fosters innovation through enabling technologies, with a strong focus on digital transformation and sustainability. **WE ARE HIRING:** AI Development The AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, training, and optimizing Artificial Intelligence models to solve classification problems (e.g., image recognition, sentiment analysis) and regression tasks (e.g., numerical forecasting, time-series analysis). **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement machine learning models, with a focus on classification and regression tasks. - Select, preprocess, and prepare datasets by applying feature engineering and data augmentation techniques. - Develop and optimize deep learning architectures, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs/LSTMs), and Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLPs). - Utilize frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Train, validate, and evaluate models while monitoring performance metrics such as Accuracy, RMSE, F1-score, and others. - Implement optimization techniques including hyperparameter tuning, early stopping, dropout, and batch normalization. - Integrate AI models into software applications and production pipelines through REST APIs, Docker containers, and cloud deployment solutions. - Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to scale and continuously improve AI solutions. **Required Technical Skills** - **Programming Languages:** Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL. - **Machine Learning & Deep Learning:** Knowledge of neural network architectures, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, and regularization techniques. - **Data Processing:** Data preprocessing, management of complex datasets, and feature engineering. - **Development Tools:** Git, Docker, Jupyter Notebook, and REST APIs. - **Cloud & Deployment:** Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and MLOps practices. - **Educational Background:** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent fields. - **Language Requirements:** Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively collaborate within international teams and manage technical documentation.
