BI & Analytics Specialist

**Who are we?** We're a small team of iGaming veterans playing in a huge market, collecting data from pretty much every source we can get our hands on. **We're looking to double our BI team to help us use everything we collect** . As part of the Product Development department, BI is close to the decisions rather than just a report production unit. **BI works directly with every department in order to verify or challenge assumptions, provide insights or unearth issues.** If you like SQL, get a little too excited about a clean dashboard, and enjoy being the person who says "actually, here's what the data shows" you'll fit right in. **What You'll Actually Do:** - Build and maintain dashboards tracking NGR, GGR, retention, churn, conversion, campaign ROI and other acronyms - Spot trends in player behavior before they turn into surprises in a leadership meeting - Automate recurring reports so no one's manually exporting CSVs at midnight - Keep an eye on data quality and flag issues before they snowball - Explain what the data means to people who don't want to see your query - Identify areas prime for automation or use of AI **Requirements** - 1-3 years in BI, analytics, or a related data role. If you're a strong SQL beginner with the right curiosity, we still want to hear from you - Solid SQL.
