If you enjoy turning complex tender requirements into clear, compliant and competitive proposals — and you like coordinating people, partners and content under real deadlines — this could be a great fit 👇 **✅ What you’ll do** - Lead the **end-to-end bid process** : tender analysis, planning, coordination, reviews and final submission. - Manage tender documentation and ensure full **compliance with the Terms of Reference** (administrative + technical). - Coordinate inputs from technical teams and make sure the proposal is **clear, consistent, well-structured and scoring-oriented** . - Contribute to **consortium building** : identify and engage potential partners to strengthen technical capabilities, coordinate consortium inputs, and ensure coherence across all contributors. - Prepare and coordinate the **administrative sections** of tenders (forms, declarations, eligibility documents, annexes, etc.). - Coordinate the collection of required **CVs and profiles** , ensuring: 1. consistent formatting, 2. alignment with role requirements, 3. credibility and availability, 4. and overall **quality assurance** across consortium members. - Draft or coordinate proposal sections related to **governance** and **resource management** (delivery model, staffing approach, escalation paths, RACI, reporting, continuity, etc.). - Drive **quality assurance of technical answers** , ensuring alignment with evaluation criteria, clarity, differentiation and overall consistency. **🌍 Why this role is exciting** You’ll work at the core of strategic bids in an international environment, collaborating with strong technical teams and trusted partners — and helping Dukat grow its presence in the **European Institutions ecosystem** through proposals that truly stand out. **🎯 What we’re looking for** - **Diploma / Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree** (preferred fields: IT, Enineering, also valued Business Administration, International Relations,, Communications or similar — but not restrictive). - **Experience** - **Senior:** 5+ years in bid/proposal management and/or EU public procurement environments - **Medior:** 3–5 years in bid/proposal management with proven coordination experience - Strong writing skills in English (level C1). - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Confidence coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders (including consortium partners). - Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines — without losing structure or quality. **Nice to have:** - Experience with EU tenders / Framework Contracts. - Additional languages (French/Dutch/German…). - Familiarity with tools and methods for compliance matrices, bid libraries and structured reviews. **💡 What we offer** - A real-impact role in a team where **transparency, partnership and good humour** are part of daily work. - International context and exposure to top-tier institutional clients. - Growth opportunities as Dukat scales its delivery and bidding capabilities. - Collaborative working style with technical experts, HR and presales. 📩 Interested (or know someone who fits)?
