We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Budget Accountant Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure fiscal health. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** **1- Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting:** - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. - Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, controlling and forecasting all income and expenditure lines. - Develop and maintain financial models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting variables. **2- Financial Control & Compliance:** - Ensure all financial management policies, procedures, and reports strictly adhere to local regulatory and accounting standards. - Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. - Perform detailed job costing and project accounting, reconciling actual spending against approved budgets. **3- Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership:** - Provide accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting to assist leadership with key strategic and operational decisions. - Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and advise on strategic and business planning. - Conduct profitability and growth analysis for various business segments, products, or projects. **4- Process Management & Cross-Functional Coordination:** - Coordinate daily with the Sales Administration, Customer Relationship, and Treasury teams to collect actual performance data and update rolling forecasts. - Organize budget templates, models, and financial data in a clear, intuitive, and accessible manner for stakeholders. - Prepare and distribute a comprehensive project summary and financial status report on a weekly basis. **Qualifications, Experience and Required Skill Set:** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting **, Finance, Business Administration** , or a related field. A professional qualification such as **ACCA, CMA, or CPA** is highly preferred. - A minimum of **3-5 years** of proven, relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with specific professional experience in **Albania** being **essential** . - Full professional fluency in **English** (written and spoken) is required. - Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (pivots, lookups, complex formulas) is essential.
