Let's drive together! 🚀 - Assist in driving corporate sales initiatives by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You are embarking on an exciting adventure to launch in a new country, so you will be heavily involved in prospecting and outbound sales. - Position and increasingly establish LimoLane’s brand and services in the US market. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. As part of a solid group with a strong and international track record, you can access and develop an existing portfolio. - Master our products and services, becoming an enthusiastic advocate who can articulate their value and benefits. - Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed insights to clients. - Participate in sales presentations and negotiations under the guidance of our US Country Manager. - Learn the art of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. - Assist in creating sales reports and presentations for management and clients. **How you will succeed:** - Passion for Sales: You're excited about the world of sales and eager to learn and grow. You are also driven by success and motivated when you reach a target. - You have up to 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on new business development. - You have excellent communication **skills (both spoken and written) in English** - you are articulate and fluent to engage an American audience. Knowledge of Italian can be a bonus to better interact with colleagues. - You are a self-starter and have no problem pacing yourself when working remotely. - You're ready to embrace new challenges and adapt to evolving market dynamics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. **What we offer:** - Be part of an exciting journey where you have the chance to shake and shape up a whole industry - Join a young, motivated, and international team (average age 30 years and 13 nationalities represented) - A permanent contract with gross salary of **125,100 per month + shift-based surcharges and bonus (about 10% of your annual gross salary)** - Please note: this role requires working according to the American timezone, so ideal working times will be from **15.00 to 24.00 Monday to Friday** .
