Our mission is to empower regional businesses to succeed through smart and strategic partnerships. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
