- **Position** – Sales Representative - **Hours** – 9am - 5pm EST (Slight flexibility) We're looking for a **Sales Representative** who is eager to learn and grow with our team. HireUA is a global recruitment agency helping businesses hire exceptional remote talent worldwide. We've successfully completed over 1,100 placements, ranging from Virtual Assistants to AI Engineers, Developers, Designers, and Executive-level talent. This is a **full-cycle sales role** , where you'll manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and outbound outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, and email) to Discovery Calls, follow-ups, and closing opportunities. You'll also work with existing warm leads and inbound inquiries. Previous cold calling experience is the only hard requirement. We'll provide structured onboarding, proven sales processes, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. **What You'll Do Every Day** Every day, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from finding potential clients to nurturing relationships and closing opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting new clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach - Following up with warm leads, existing CRM contacts, and inbound inquiries - Qualifying prospects and booking Discovery Calls - Conducting Discovery Calls and helping close new business (depending on experience and onboarding progress) - Managing your pipeline in Pipedrive CRM and ensuring all activities, notes, and follow-ups are accurately logged - Building long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and pipeline management **Requirements** - Cold calling experience ( *non-negotiable* ) - Excellent spoken and written English - Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4456902802/
