Role Overview We are seeking a Recruitment Screening & Candidate Operations Specialist to support the hiring process for project-based consulting and research roles. The position focuses on application review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a structured recruitment workflow across multiple assignments. This is a remote, part-time role suited to professionals with experience in recruitment, talent operations, or HR coordination, particularly in consulting, advisory, or international hiring environments. Key Responsibilities • Conduct structured screening interviews for consulting and research positions • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal stakeholders • Review CVs and pre-screen applications against defined role requirements • Maintain candidate records, interview notes, and evaluation summaries • Support hiring decisions through clear and organized candidate assessment • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition • Strong interviewing and interpersonal communication skills • Fluent in English • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines • Experience working remotely or recruiting for international teams is preferred Application Instructions Please apply via LinkedIn with your updated CV.
