**Chief Medical Officer (CMO)** **Location:** Western Balkans (with flexibility) | **Type:** Full-time, Executive **About LEvita** Levita is building the **digital infrastructure for healthcare in the Balkans.** We're not just a telemedicine app — we connect patients with doctors in minutes for video or in-person consultations, and every interaction builds a **living digital health profile.** We're turning disconnected medical encounters into a connected health journey. **About the Role** We're looking for a CMO who is equal parts clinical leader and business builder. This isn't a back-office compliance role — you'll sit alongside the CEO shaping product strategy, opening new markets, and closing partnerships that directly drive revenue. You'll also build the clinical foundation that makes it all work. **What You'll Do** **Product & Strategy** - Partner with the CEO on product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and expansion planning across the Western Balkans - Build and manage partnerships with **private hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, laboratories, and imaging centers** - **Identify and develop distribution partnerships for our telemedicine services** - **Represent the company at the executive level with partners, investors, and stakeholders** **Clinical Leadership** - Lead physician enrollment — sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new doctors onto the platform - Develop and maintain **clinical guidelines, protocols, and training materials** for our medical team - Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and best practices across all telemedicine operations - Manage and mentor the medical team **Who You Are** - **Licensed physician (MD)** with strong clinical credibility - Deeply connected and well-regarded in the healthcare industry across the **Western Balkans** - **Ability to build partnerships and close deals at an institutional level** - **Comfortable operating as an executive — you think in terms of product, distribution, and growth, not just clinical outcomes** - **Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity** - **Fluent in Albanian and English** - Additional Balkan languages are a plus **What We Offer** - True C-suite seat with decision-making authority - Competitive compensation and growth potential - The opportunity to shape how healthcare is delivered across an entire region Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/chief-medical-officer-at-levita-4375846074
