🚀 **We’re hiring: CTO / Head of Engineering (AI-First Products)** **📍 Location:** Tirana 🏢 **Work mode:** Hybrid 📈 **Equity / Stock Options:** Yes We’re looking for a **CTO-level profile** to take ownership of our technical direction and help us build, scale, and operate **AI-powered products and agent-based systems** used by real businesses. This is not a “manage people and attend meetings” role.
