Commercial Pricing & Go-to-Market Strategy Consultant **Sector:** Asset-intensive consumer manufacturing & packaging **Contract Duration:** 10 weeks **Location:** Tirana **Day Rate** - €500-550 **Start:** Near-term - Jan 5th till 31st of March 2026 **Engagement Context** We are supporting a **scale manufacturing business operating across regulated consumer channels** that is undertaking a review and refinement of its **commercial pricing, go-to-market, and operating model** . The organisation is seeking an experienced **commercial strategy consultant** to lead a structured assessment of its current commercial approach and to design a future-state model that improves **price realisation, margin performance, and market execution** , while remaining practical and implementable. Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across the following workstreams: Commercial Diagnostic (Inside-Out / Outside-In) - Review current commercial model, pricing mechanics, discounting and margin drivers - Assess customer, channel, and market dynamics without disrupting live operations - Identify structural constraints and opportunities typical of asset-heavy production environments Segmentation & Commercial Logic - Define and validate customer and route-to-market segmentation - Assess differentiated value propositions and service levels by segment - Identify misalignment between pricing, cost-to-serve, and commercial effort Pricing & Go-to-Market Design - Develop pricing strategies appropriate for high-volume, margin-sensitive environments - Review and optimise go-to-market and distribution models - Assess commercial levers including rebates, trade terms, and price governance Service Model & Operating Structure - Define an effective commercial service model aligned to segment value - Review organisational design, roles, decision rights, and cadence - Ensure the model is scalable and executable, not theoretical Financial Modelling & Scenario Simulation - Build financial simulations to test alternative commercial models - Quantify revenue, margin, and cost implications - Support leadership decisions with clear scenario trade-offs Implementation Roadmap - Produce a pragmatic, phased implementation roadmap - Identify quick wins versus structural change - Highlight risks, dependencies, and change requirements Puna remote: Po Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/commercial-consultant-at-83zero-4343847222
