**About MALZA** MALZA is a creative and performance-driven marketing agency in Tirana, built for brands that want to stand out, not blend into the noise. We combine strategy, high-craft design, and performance marketing to build brands that are both memorable and effective. **The role** As Creative Director, you'll own MALZA's creative output from concept to final delivery, across client work and our own channels. You'll design and direct, set the creative standard, and work closely with our strategy and performance teams so the work looks sharp and actually performs. **What you'll do** • Build and evolve brand identities and visual systems • Design across every touchpoint: social, print, packaging, signage, digital, and campaigns • Turn marketing strategy into creative that converts • Run multiple client projects at once and deliver on deadline • Set and hold the creative bar across the team **What we'd like you to bring** • 3+ years in branding/design (agency or multi-client experience preferred) • Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • A portfolio showcasing complete brand identity systems, not just social posts • Strong typography, layout, editorial design, and visual-systems expertise • Marketing-minded: understands positioning, audiences, and conversion-driven design • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Fluent Albanian and working English • Good vibes **Bonus** • Photography / art direction • Hands-on with Meta/Google ads • Motion or basic video editing **How to apply** Send your portfolio and CV to cv@malza.co with the subject "Creative Director."
