Apply now: hr@choosebalkans.com** **Front Desk Receptionist Job Description** The position requires a Bachelor and/or Master Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within tourism field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. **Tasks:** ·        Generate sales leads of company’s products and services ·        Meet personal/team sales targets ·        Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ·        Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution ·        Assist with bookings and reservation, refunds, or exchanges ·        Inform customer of deals and promotions ·        Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs ·        Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication ·        Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered ·        Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction **Requirements:** ·        Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage ·        At least +3years of  proven customer support experience ·        Strong and excellent communication skills in active listening ·        Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ·        Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively ·        Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving ·        Attention to Detail ·        Organizational Skills and Adaptability ·        Ability to Work Under Pressure ·        Computer Skills Interested candidates should apply by sending an email to hr@choosebalkans.com We will be glad to interview all candidates selected from the CV screening.
