We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Skopje.  Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure (primarily) and AWS - Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable deployments - Establish and enforce security best practices across our infrastructure and deployment processes - Work closely with development teams to improve system reliability, observability, and incident response - Automate everything worth automating—infrastructure provisioning, security scanning, monitoring, and recovery - Evaluate and address security vulnerabilities before they become problems - Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor other team members on DevOps practices Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments - Strong proficiency with Azure services; AWS experience is a plus - Solid scripting skills in Python (or similar) for automation and tooling - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) - Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar) - Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Understanding of security principles in cloud environments—you think about threats, not just tickets - Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams What we offer: - Competitive Salary. - Full-time, permanent position (40h/ work week). - Flexible hours/ work from home when needed. - Personal development & career growth plan. - Whole new set of gadgets such as Brand new MacBook Pro. - Modern office located in Synergy Business center, equipped with the latest technology. - Snack bar with chips & refreshments. - An opportunity to learn and develop – we give every employee a budget per year to grow their skills outside the company. - Gaining experience in a highly specialized, exciting and growing sector. - Company parties and team-building adventures.
