We’re looking for another Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team of 5. **What you'll do:** - **Content creation:** script ideas, shoot/record, and **edit short-form videos** (Reels/Shorts/TikTok), carousels, and stories. - Publish to **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook** ; tailor hooks, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails per platform. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, image/video generators) to ideate hooks, draft copy, and create creative variations faster. - Manage pages daily: community replies, DM triage, UGC coordination, creator collabs, and basic influencer outreach. - Run and optimize **paid campaigns** : **Meta (FB/IG)** and **Google Ads** (Search/Display/YouTube). Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages. - Collaborate with product/engineering on funnels, forms, and simple automations (email/SMS/WhatsApp). - Hands-on with **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads** . **Work Setup:** - **Modern office in Tirana** (collaborative startup environment) near Skenderberg Square. - **Full-time or part-time** options. - **Training and mentorship provided.** - **Paid role:** competitive compensation **€750 – €1,500** , **depending on skills and experience** .
