We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
**Finance Administration Assistant**
to join our Finance Department and support accurate management of financial records and daily accounting operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Record purchase and sales invoices, along with supporting documentation, in the company's financial systems.
- Process and record cash and bank transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enter, update, and maintain financial data within company software and databases (data entry).
- Support accounting and financial administration processes.
- Assist with inventory counting activities and verification of related documentation.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Organize, maintain, and archive financial documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Manager and the Finance Department as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and documentation standards.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or data entry is considered an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an advantage.
