Finance Lead

**Position Overview** The Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports strategic decision-making, and provides leadership to the finance team. **Key Responsibilities** - Financial Statements, Balance Sheet and Financial Reporting skills - Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. - Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. - Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. - Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk. - Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis. **Qualifications and Skills** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). - Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage. - Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. - Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. *Note:* *\*All selected candidates from the CV screening will be contacted from HR Team.\** *\*All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality according to the law No. 9887 set by Albanian Parliament for the 'Protection of Personal Data".* **How to Apply** - Please send your resume to **burimenjerezore@isdc.al** or Easy Apply via Linkedin.
