**Job Description** We're lookina for an experienced **Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst** to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in preparing, maintaining, and analyziną financial reports across multiple international companies. **Key Responsibilities** : • Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities. • Develop and oversee audited financial statements for tax, VAT, and loans - includina interest calculations. • Manage and validate partner payment reports with a focus on precision and transparency • Produce detailed audit and reconciliation reports, includina complex matchina activities Mastercard) • Reconcile petty cash and card transactions (Visa/ with correspondinc bank movements. • Monitor and align group balances, ensuring consistency across all business units. P&L cash flow, and partner accounts. • Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across • Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance with international standards • Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls **Requirements** : • 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliation. • Proven experience with international companies or clients. • Strona knowledge of P&L. VAT, tax. and cash flow management. • Excellent analvtical and reconciliation skills •. Strong English communication and reporting skills.
