General Accountant

Billa & Co Sh.p.k is a dynamic and growing company operating in the Albanian market, specializing in the trade of tiles, parquet, sanitary ware, and construction materials. With a strong focus on quality and customer service, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a motivated and experienced General Accountant. **Responsibilities:** - Recording import practices and distributing landed cost in **Odoo** ; - Transferring goods from the customs warehouse to the central warehouse; controlling costs and fiscalizing the transfers; - Stock transfers (taco, rodapie, etc.) according to delivery notes sent by the warehouse; - Adjusting daily/annual inventory discrepancies; - Fiscalization of customs declarations **IMP4/IMP7** ; - Reconciliation of supplier accounts; - Checking the distribution of actual costs vs. estimated purchase costs after posting each practice. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; - Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting; - Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in accounting; - Experience in trading/import companies; - Analytical skills for cost and margin control. **We Offer:** - Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses; - Opportunities for professional development; - A professional and modern working environment. \*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
