German Teacher

Akro Center is looking for an experienced and motivated German Teacher to join our team in Tirana. This is a full-time, on-site position for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality language instruction and helping students achieve their learning goals. As a German Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons for learners of different ages and proficiency levels, using modern teaching methodologies and the center’s curriculum. You will monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, prepare learning materials, and create a supportive and motivating classroom environment. The role also includes maintaining attendance and assessment records, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in professional development activities. We are looking for someone with previous experience teaching German, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for education. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual learners and groups. Qualifications \* Proven experience teaching German in a language center, school, or similar educational environment. \* Advanced or native-level proficiency in German. \* Good communication skills in English and/or Albanian. \* Degree in German Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred. \* Strong knowledge of modern language teaching methodologies. \* Experience teaching both groups and individual students is an advantage. \* Excellent organizational and classroom management skills. \* Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous development.
