The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching core mathematics skills with a focus on algebra and related subjects, and engaging students to foster a positive learning environment. Collaboration with colleagues, providing individual support to students, and maintaining open communication with parents are also key aspects of this role. **Qualifications** - Strong proficiency in Mathematics, with expertise in Algebra and related high school-level subjects. - Experience in Lesson Planning and teaching mathematics to middle or high school students. - Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Prior teaching experience in a school setting and knowledge of modern teaching methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field; a teaching certification is an advantage. - Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and motivating educational environment. - Organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively. - Familiarity with educational technology and tools is a plus.
