Role Description
Astracloud is looking for a motivated and people-oriented
**Human Resources Coordinator**
to act as our main point of contact in Albania for recruiting students and supporting new talent entering the technology industry.
This person will manage the recruitment journey from first contact through onboarding, helping candidates understand available opportunities, training pathways, and career development options.
The role involves engaging with students, explaining the process, coordinating training schedules, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and engage students and junior professionals interested in careers in:
- IT Infrastructure
- Cloud Computing
- DevOps
- Artificial Intelligence
- Database Technologies
- Build relationships with universities, student groups, and local communities.
- Conduct initial screening and introductory discussions with candidates.
- Explain Astracloud programs, training plans, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new joiners.
- Schedule and organize training sessions and track participation.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout their journey.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training delivery.
- Keep recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Training Coordination, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting information and guiding candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interest in technology and understanding of IT career paths is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in Albanian and English.
Preferred
- Experience working with students or graduate recruitment.
- Experience in technology or IT-related recruitment.
- Familiarity with onboarding and employee development processes.
