Human Resources Manager

**Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Tirana. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, developing HR strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
