Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Tirana. The Human Resources Specialist will handle core HR functions, including implementing and managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive personnel management practices. The role also involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and providing HR advice to support organizational growth.
