Information Technology Business Analyst

**Level of Experience (in years)** Senior - From 7 to 10 years **Mission Description** We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to be responsible for the end-to-end analysis process on internal projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Corporate Technology team, responsible for working with web team and multiple internal business teams to help them get the full value of the existing corporate technological environment. The scope of the role includes working with key team members and business stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, translating those needs into actionable requirements, participating in design, implementation, and testing activities, and providing post-implementation support. In this role, you will: • Identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements/stories • Analyse system & define technical and non-functional specifications • Perform system process design • Identify high-level solution • Troubleshoot and resolve defects/issues • Create system documentation • Participate in user acceptance testing **Responsibilities:** • Support the strategic roadmap, maintain the development backlog, and establish functional requirements for our development team • Improve systems by studying current leading practices and designing modifications • Collaborate with multiple teams across regions/departments to collect, review, analyse, document, and prioritize business and system requirements • Analyse existing business processes and systems behind them to define problems and possible solutions. Make recommendations when applicable for scenario (process/performance) improvements • Translate business needs into understandable functional requirements • Actively participate in the implementation of new systems and features • Collaborate with multiple development teams to drive cross-platform integrations • Participate in project documentation development (use cases, business process diagrams, requirements storage, test scenarios, etc.) • Ensure product deliverables’ quality, such as (but not limited to) functional specifications, logical data design, UAT test plans, and completed solution C2 – Confidential 2 **Requirements:** • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • 2+ years of experience in web-related projects / with web services • Written and spoken English, upper intermediate level or higher • Experience with working in cross-functional Agile teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **As Business Analyst it is expected you have experience in:** • Create UML / BPMN / flow diagrams • Create mock-ups using specialized tools like Balsamiq • Read data in XML / JSON formats • Work with data bases: create basic SQL requests • Work with API data: read and understand the interaction methods between systems • Experience with Use Cases • Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, self-organization skills • Experience with Agile (SCRUM), previous participation in agile projects • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Technical background and basic web development abilities • Essential Knowledge of web-services (REST, SOAP) and modern integration patterns • Experience with web- / data- analytics tools (Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, NewRelic, Grafana) Puna remote: Po Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/information-technology-business-analyst-at-amaris-consulting-4381700840
