**TERMS & CONDITION** Contract: Freelance Location: Tirana Albania Working mode: Hybrid Language: Italian + English Compensation: Competitive **WHAT WILL YOU DO** You will join the team of IT Process&Program management and in particular in the management ​​​IT Process Management reporting directly to the ​manager of the factory IT Process&Program management. You will have the opportunity to be involved ​in the IT Process Management activities such as: ·      **Process** **Mapping** : Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures. ·      **KPIs** **and** **Metrics** : Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality. ·      **Reporting** : Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations. ·      **Data** **Analysis** : Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. ·      **Gap** **Analysis** : Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas. ·      **Process** **Improvement** : Identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodlogies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on). ·      **Compliance** **and** **Standards** : Ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements. **WHO YOU ARE** ·      **Experience** : At least 3 years in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis ·      **Education** : Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent. ·      **Skills** : o  Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies o  Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills. o  Knowledge of KPI and report management. o  Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation. o  Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written. **PREFERRABLY, YOU ALSO HAVE** ·      Previous relevant experience in ​Project Management or Data Analysis roles. ·      Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. ·      Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies. ·      Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python. ·      Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/information-technology-lead-at-viatech-4410610054
