Dekoll has received multiple national awards, while Lobby Home, a 13,000 m² shopping center in Tirana, offers a comprehensive one-stop destination for building materials, interior furniture, and home appliances at competitive prices. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Specialist role based in Tirana. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, performing regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and sales teams. Daily activities include monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, updating inventory records in the system, labeling and organizing stock, and ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with procurement and logistics to anticipate stock needs, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. The Inventory Specialist will interact with internal stakeholders and, when needed, support customer-facing teams with accurate product availability information. **Qualifications** - Proficiency in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with internal teams and support customer-focused operations. - Experience using inventory or ERP software and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools. - Ability to work on-site in a warehouse or showroom environment, including handling and organizing materials safely. - Previous experience in retail, construction materials, or a similar product-based environment is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
