IT Operations Specialist

**We are a global digital marketing company with approximately 250 employees, looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our IT team.** **This is a hands-on operational role for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand new systems and concepts. Previous hands-on IT experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys investigating how things work, and can learn quickly.** **Responsibilities** - Maintain and reconcile IT asset inventory across Monday.com and other systems. - Compare data between systems and identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent records. - Investigate operational issues such as inactive or offline devices and understand the reason behind them. - Track software licenses, usage, and costs, and identify unnecessary or unexpected spending. - Monitor usage of SaaS and AI platforms and follow up on unusual or additional usage. - Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes. - Perform manual or automated data comparisons using spreadsheets, scripts, or other tools. - Identify opportunities to improve repetitive IT processes through automation and AI. Requirements: **Requirements** - 2+ years of experience in a corporate or business environment, working with systems, processes, or operational tasks. - Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with different systems and tools. - Ability to quickly understand new technical concepts. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data. - Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow them through to resolution. - Independent, curious, and proactive approach to work. - Good English communication skills. **Nice to Have** - Previous experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical environment. - Experience with Monday.com. - Basic scripting or automation skills. - Familiarity with APIs or no-code automation tools. - Interest or experience in using AI to improve operational processes.
