**💼 IT Process Lead Specialist** 📍 **Tirana, Albania | Hybrid | Permanent Contract** **🚀 What You Will Do:** You will join the team of IT Process & Program management and in particular in the management IT Process Management reporting directly to the manager of the factory IT Process&Program management. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the IT Process Management activities such as: - **Process Mapping** : Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures. - **KPIs and Metrics** : Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality. - **Reporting** : Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations. - **Data Analysis** : Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - **Gap Analysis** : Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas. - **Process Improvement** : Identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodlogies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on). - **Compliance and Standards** : Ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements. ✅ **Who We Are Looking For:** - **Experience** : At least 3 years in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis - **Education** : Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent. - **Skills:** o   Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies o   Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills. o   Knowledge of KPI and report management. o   Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation. o   Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written. ⭐ **Preferrably, you also have:** - Previous relevant experience in Project Management or Data Analysis roles. - Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. - Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies. - Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python. - Basic knowledge of ServiceNow. 🎁 **What we offer you/you can expect from us:** - Permanent contract; - Hybrid work; - An inclusive place to work; - Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone; - Meal Allowance; - Supplemental Health Insurance. 🌱  **Looking for a role that can support your learning and career goals:** - Psychological well-being: online meditation courses, medical online service, counselling service thanks to the support of certified psychologists and coaches; - Continuous learning for soft and hard skills (es. learning platform; managerial learning to be fully exploited thanks to FlexiLearning, which allows you to dedicate at least 4 hours per month for your professional growth); - Support for parents, children and financial aid for mothers; - Volunteering during your working hours. 🌍 **Equal Opportunity** As an Equal Opportunity Employer, diversity and Inclusion are fundamental values for us.
