ITIL 4 Master Certified Professional

Job Description: We are seeking an ITIL 4 Master certified IT Service Management professional for a contractual engagement supporting one of our clients. This is a professional services contract (not a full-time employment position), with a defined scope and duration. Key Responsibilities: - Support IT service management functions, including incident management, problem management, and service request management - Contribute to service quality and availability management practices - Support service desk operations and monitoring/event management processes as required - Participate in project documentation as a named certified resource - Be available to support the engagement for its full duration as required by contract terms Required Qualifications: - Valid ITIL 4 Master certification (mandatory) — candidates must hold the full ITIL 4 Master tier (all Managing Professional and Strategic Leader modules completed, plus the Master-level assessment). Foundation-only or partial Managing Professional certification does not meet this requirement. - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT service management - Demonstrated practical experience in service quality management, incident/problem management, and service desk operations - Ability to provide a valid certificate copy and a short professional biography/CV demonstrating relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience supporting cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects - Experience working with international clients or cross-border project teams Additional Requirements: - Candidates must be able to furnish proof of certification for formal documentation purposes - Willingness to travel or work on-site if required by project terms (details to be confirmed at engagement stage) Puna remote: Po Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4456214702/
