**Job Description** *Location: Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana* *Work Hours:* Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Bulls Media is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of media strategies and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. **No Prior Experience Required — Training Will Be Provided.** Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. - Create and present strategic media plans tailored to client goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and ensure timely delivery. - Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights. - Identify upselling opportunities and work to grow account revenue. - Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients. - Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
