Junior Accountant

**Job Title:** Billing Specialist **Department:** Accounting **Reports To:** Accounting Manager **Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience entering journal entries. Responsibilities will include accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** •        Accurately enter journal entries into accounting software •        Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness •        Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing records •        Prepare and post journal entries to reflect adjustments to accounts receivable and accounts payable •        Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records •        Prepare financial reports as needed •        Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures •        Comply with all accounting policies and procedures •        Working Hours: 13:30 - 22:00 **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Very good knowledge of English (verbal & written) Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Advanced abilities with Excel. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks beyond general accounting. Able to handle supervisory responsibility if necessary.
