Junior Accountant

We offer a wide range of professional services such as accounting, tax, payroll, financial and legal advisory for businesses and non-profit organizations. **Junior Accountant** We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Accounting & Tax team in Tirana. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build practical experience in accounting, tax compliance, payroll and client service in a professional services environment. **Responsibilities** As a Junior Accountant, your main responsibilities will be: • Assist in daily bookkeeping and posting of purchase, sales, bank and cash transactions; • Support the preparation and reconciliation of VAT books, payroll data, withholding tax and other tax compliance work under supervision; • Organize and maintain accounting files, invoices, contracts and supporting documentation in accordance with internal procedures; • Support senior accountants in preparing reports, financial statements and client deliverables; • Learn and apply Albanian accounting, tax and e-invoicing requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. **Qualifications** • University degree or final-year studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance; internships are considered an advantage; • Basic understanding of accounting principles and Albanian tax compliance; • Good command of English; • Good excel skills; familiarity with accounting software such as Financa5 is an advantage; • Attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines; • Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team. **What we offer** • Practical training and close mentoring from senior accountants and tax professionals; • Exposure to Albanian and international clients across different industries; • A professional, collaborative environment with opportunities for career development.
