Junior Finance Specialist

**Duties and Responsibilities:** - Full-cycle Accounts Payable: Manage invoice entries, processing, and reconciliation of payments. - Month-end Accounting Support: Assist with month-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. - Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash transactions to ensure accurate records. - Tax and Social Security Statements: Prepare and issue monthly tax and social security statements in accordance with regulations. - Cash Requirements: Assist in preparing the monthly cash requirements form. - Municipal and Labor Office Reporting: Prepare reports and payments for the municipality and labor office as required. **Skills and Requirements:** - Strong Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial records is essential. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. - Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Scheduling and Monitoring: Ability to schedule and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion. - Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong skills in analyzing data and resolving discrepancies. - Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members. **Education and Qualifications:** - Post-secondary Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field. - MS Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its financial functions. - Accounting Software Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems. - Accounting Principles: Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles and practices.
