Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer based in Tirana, Albania, to join our team. The successful candidate will produce compelling visual content for digital and print platforms, primarily for Albanian-based clients with some U.S.-based work. Projects will range across social media visuals, marketing graphics, new brand identities, website assets and mockups, logo design, product packaging, and short and long-form video content for client campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality digital graphics for web, social media, and print. - Help edit short and long-form video content for client social media campaigns, ads, reels, and product launches when projects call for it. - Collaborate with team leads on branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. - Design website mockups, landing pages, and UI/UX elements in partnership with our development team. - Create new brand identities, including logo systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines. - Design product packaging and prepare print-ready files to correct specifications. - Support the marketing team with design needs for email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads. - Maintain and organize digital asset libraries across cloud platforms. - Revise graphics and layouts based on client and internal feedback. - Assist with creative concept development across campaigns and client accounts. Qualifications - Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written) is required. - You must be a citizen of the Republic of Albania or have legal status to work in the country and be based in Tirana. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design. - Video editing experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software is welcomed, as some projects involve editing reels, ads, and longer-form video assets for client campaigns. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, brand identity work, and clean visual hierarchy. - Basic familiarity with basic web design tools or platforms like Figma, Canva, or WordPress is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple design projects across multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently. - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude. - Comfortable and familiar with using Windows-based PCs and cloud storage systems (Google Drive, Dropbox). *Top candidates will be interviewed in person in Tirana.
