**Description & Requirements** ****Who we are looking for**** 🎯We are looking for a **Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist** to **support our tech teams** across the **Central Europe region** . This is an **entry‑level role** designed for someone at the **beginning of their recruitment career** who wants to learn how professional hiring works in **a multinational environment.** You will **work closely with experienced recruiters** and **hiring managers** , supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activities and gradually building your skills in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination. **🔍 What we are looking for:** - **1-2 years** of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, administration, or a related field(graduates and career starters are welcome) - Interest in **recruitment** , sourcing, and **working with people** - **Good communication skills** and a professional, service‑oriented approach - Willingness to learn and work under guidance from senior recruiters - Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and follow processes - Comfort working with systems and basic digital tools (ATS experience is a plus, not a requirement) - English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Your future role** - Responsible for **sourcing activities** by searching for candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases - **Review CVs** and help **pre‑screen candidates** based on defined criteria - Coordinate interviews and candidate communication - **Maintain accurate candidate records** in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Support **candidate experience** by providing **timely updates and clear communication** - **Assist senior recruiters** with recruitment projects **across different countries** **What we offer** 🟢At Deloitte, **we hire potential.** We know that **great people make a great organization** .
