We are seeking for **Junior Technical Support** to join our teams. As a **Junior Technical Support** , you will play a pivotal role in our Event Management service, focused on the proactive monitoring of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include both proactive and reactive monitoring, assessing the criticality and impact on client services. You'll work within a team that utilizes predefined operational workflows and escalation management processes. Integration with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) functions is crucial for seamless interoperability. You'll be expected to manage technological integrations between BMC TrueSight and proprietary or market-standard trouble ticketing systems (such as SDAS, Service Now, Remedy ITSM, Jira), asset management tools (CMDB), and repository tools (DWH), with availability to work in shifts, 06:00- 14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00, 24/7. **Key Responsibilities:** · Proactive and reactive monitoring of IT infrastructure. · Assessment of criticality and impact on client services. · Utilization of predefined operational workflows and escalation management processes. · Integration with NOC and SOC functions for seamless interoperability. · Management of technological integrations with monitoring, ticketing, asset management, and repository tools. **Qualifications and Technical Skills** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education · Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as Service Now, Remedy ITSM, Jira, etc. · Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, Linux, SQL, and Jira, · Ability to work in a fast-paced, with availability to work in shifts 06:00- 14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00, 24/7. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Good proficiency in written and spoken Italian **What You Can Expect:** - Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills; - Hybrid work model, option to choose/combine work from home/office; - Private health insurance; - Opportunity to learn 7 different languages using our E-learning platform; - Great colleagues, open informal, and fun atmosphere; - Chance to be part of a professional and highly dynamic international environment. **We are looking forward to meeting you.
