**Company Description** VISION CONSULTING ALBANIA LAW FIRM is a Tirana-based firm specializing in legal and tax consulting services for businesses and individuals. The team advises on contract preparation, litigation, foreign investment, company registration, trademark protection, and immigration procedures. The firm provides opportunity to learn multiple legal skills in a supporting environment as well as grow professionally with periodical staff evaluation and promotion. **Role Description** The Legal Associate will work on-site in Tirana in a full-time capacity, supporting the firm’s legal consulting activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts, conducting legal research on Albanian and international regulations, and analyzing legal issues related to company registration, trademarks and immigration procedures. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in similar law firms minimum 2-3 years - Prior experience in immigration services such as work/residence permits; - B2 or C1 English professional level proficiency is a must; Do not apply if not fluent in English - Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, institutions, and colleagues, and for producing clear written work. - Master's degree in Law; a Master’s degree or bar admission in Albania is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
