Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This role focuses on managing import logistics, shipping documentation, invoicing, and financial records. Additionally, it involves collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain operations. *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday 15:00-23:30 CET *Location:* Remote and/or in Office **Duties and Responsibilities** - Submit orders and maintain factory, shipping, and customs documentation. - Manage factory invoices, packing lists, WIP reports, and customer invoicing. - Coordinate FOB orders, shipment bookings, deliveries, and inbound shipments. - Handle freight pricing, approvals, freight releases, drayage, and duty payments. - Maintain customs compliance records and broker documentation. - Ensure packing, carton labeling, customer tags, and special finishing requirements are met. - Support warehouse operations, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. - Verify and process vendor, factory, freight, and warehouse invoices and payments. - Manage accounts receivable records and assist with chargeback resolution. - Enter and maintain financial data in ERP systems and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. **Required Skills** - Experience with logistics coordination and maintaining accurate records. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Proven ability to maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills. - Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry processes. - Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate across teams. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree or relevant training in Economics, Finance, or other related fields would be a plus.
