Team members collaborate in a technology-driven environment with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Role Description** The Magazine Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for planning, producing, and managing magazine-style content that highlights ATRONIX’s services, projects, and industry expertise. Daily tasks include coordinating editorial calendars, researching relevant topics and trends in electronic manufacturing, and developing print and digital magazine content in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role involves working with designers and photographers to create visually compelling layouts, reviewing and organizing content for publications, and ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. The Magazine Specialist will also support promotional initiatives by aligning magazine content with sales objectives, trade shows, and marketing campaigns, and may assist in distributing publications to clients, partners, and internal teams. **Qualifications** - Experience with magazines and publications, including planning issues, managing editorial calendars, and coordinating with contributors. - Strong research skills to identify relevant industry topics, trends, and stories related to electronic manufacturing and ATRONIX’s target sectors. - Photography skills or experience coordinating with photographers to produce high-quality visual content for magazine layouts. - Sales and promotional mindset, with the ability to align magazine content with business development and marketing goals. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Albanian is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. - Experience in publishing, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field; prior experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Tirana and maintain a professional, inclusive work style.
