We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and help build one of the strongest automotive brands in Albania. Key Responsibilities - Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. - Plan, develop, and manage the company's social media content calendar. - Film and edit reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations, and promotional content. - Generate creative ideas and campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement. - Manage daily social media activity, comments, messages, and community engagement. - Collaborate with sales, retail, service, and wholesale teams to create relevant content. - Work with influencers, content creators, and media partners. - Monitor social media trends and implement new content formats. - Track content performance and provide regular reports and insights. Qualifications - Proven experience in social media management and content creation. - Strong skills in video editing and content production. - Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools. - Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Ability to create both organic and paid-content campaigns. - Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills. - Photography and videography experience is an advantage. - Good English communication skills. - Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus.
