Marketing Operation & Tools Manager

**Role:** Marketing Operation & Tools Manager **Location:** Remote, Albania **Work arrangement:** Full-time remote contractor role, working US hours **Compensation:** USD 1,500–2,000 per month **What You'll Do** - Own CRM data quality, workflow logic, lists, segmentation, and reporting so the team can rely on clean, usable information day to day - Build and maintain marketing automation sequences for both ISO and customer audiences - Create weekly and monthly dashboards and performance reports for marketing stakeholders - Support more complex campaign builds and take recurring CRM work off the rest of the marketing team - Coordinate with the Marketing Developer on integrations and data flows between systems - Manage the marketing tool stack, including subscriptions, user access, and licensing **Who We're Looking For:** You'll suit this role if you like being the person who keeps the CRM clean, dependable, and useful for everyone else. **Must-Haves:** - You've owned CRM operations end to end for a marketing team before - You have strong CRM fundamentals across platforms, including data hygiene, lists, segmentation, workflow logic, automations, dashboards, and reporting - You can work fluently in English and communicate clearly with US-facing stakeholders in a remote setting - You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree **Nice-To-Haves:** - You've worked in a lean marketing team where one person owns CRM operations end to end - You're a mid-level, hands-on operator who can make sound day-to-day decisions without a lot of structure - You've supported B2B marketing, partner/channel, or other lead-driven environments **About The Company** A fast-growing international fintech company providing flexible funding solutions to support SME growth.
