**Job Summary:** The Marketing Operations Specialist will support and execute operational marketing tasks related to digital advertising, account management, campaign setup and online infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing tools, web platforms, and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues. The specialist will help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and support team members with technical and operational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the setup, coordination, and optimization of digital marketing operations. - Assist in managing advertising accounts, online assets, and campaign-related activities. - Help maintain operational workflows across marketing and advertising platforms. - Coordinate account preparation and onboarding processes for internal teams. - Support website and online presence creation using modern digital tools and platforms. - Monitor and maintain marketing-related infrastructure, including domains and hosting services. - Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues affecting team productivity. - Ensure compliance with platform requirements, verification processes, and operational standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and execution of marketing initiatives. - Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status tracking for ongoing projects and activities. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred). - 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role. - Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising platforms. - Basic understanding of domains, hosting, and website setup. - Comfortable working with multiple tools and platforms simultaneously. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Good communication skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Skills:** Experience with account warming and advertiser verification processes. Familiarity with AI website-building tools and automation platforms. Basic knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and domain management. Understanding of troubleshooting technical/account-related issues.
